Meet Jeff, Owner & Head Trainer

Jeff Tucker brings a wealth of experience to Barktopia with nearly a decade of multi-purpose canine handling and training in law enforcement. In addition to his law enforcement career, Jeff honorably served in the United States Marine Corps. Transitioning into the civilian sector, Jeff has focused on training and consulting with various groups throughout the Midwest. His specialties include pet dog obedience, behavior modification, and problem-solving, with a passion for transforming dogs with challenging behaviors into happy, well-mannered companions.

Open-play Environment

Our open-play environment encourages exercise and socialization for all dogs. We meet your dog beforehand to make sure they are a good fit for open play and to determine which room suits them best, based on their size and temperament.

Socialization

Your dog will learn how to act in other social scenarios, like the dog park or when visitors come over. They will start to become more comfortable around new dogs and new people.

Safe Playrooms

Our dog daycare facilities include spacious, climate-controlled playrooms. We use epoxy coated flooring that aids in the sanitation of the facility and your dog’s health.
